About this image

Flew out to the USA to observe the eclipse. Observations were made from the top of a hill in Monmouth, Oregon which is on the coast and was almost in the centre of totality. I took pictures at regular intervals before, during and after the eclipse. Unfortunately, a dead camera battery meant I missed the very end of the eclipse.
