About this image

Time stated is UT. Unfortunately my need to recuperate from a nasty cold put paid to my recording the Triton occultation, but early on I had a first attempt at imaging this fairly well-known triplet of galaxies in Draco. Not an award winning photo - but isn't it amazing to see three galaxies so close together in the sky! The width of the image is circa 20 arcmin.

Thanks for pointing this one out. I will give it a try with my ed80 where it should fit nicely in the field.

It should look great when imaged through a shorter focal length instrument. Please share your result when you have captured this trio. David
