About this image

It is difficult to keep up with all the novae being discovered in M31. These images were taken a couple of days ago at the same time. The main image is a widefield shot using a Megrez 72 refractor and an SXVR-H18 camera. This has been processed using an asinh stretch. The inset is a crop from a narrow shot using my C11 which has had the galaxy's light subtracted using a median estimator. The full size image is here and the full C11 image is here.
