About this image

First light of a scaled down version of C Buil's VHIRES spectrograph ( http://www.astrosurf.com/buil/vhires/test.htm ) using a Borg 55FL telescope and a Richardson 110 l/mm grating Blazed at 65.4 deg. This is the single order version with a 7nm H alpha filter selecting the order.

Some more adjustment need making to center the H alpha line on the CMOS camera.
