Object/Date: C/2017 S3 (PANSTARRS) @ July 19,2018 02:42 UT Description: Comet C/2017 S3 (PANSTARRS) photographed on July 19th 2018, after a second outburst of activity, increased its brightness until magnitude 7 and expanding its greenish coma until a apparent diameter of 8', being observable through binoculars in the sky before dawn and developing a ionic tail which in this image is perceived with at least half degree lenght. Tech data: Telescope GSO 8" N f/3.8 & Camera Atik 383L+. 11 min. total exposure. Non-composite stacking. Locally from Vallés, Valencia (Spain).
