When possible I like to monitor fainter objects. Here I have imaged Comet/2017 M5 TOTAS at 2x2 binning, a plate scale of 1.02" per pixel using an Rc filter.The comet's average altitude was 38 deg. Seeing was steady, but with some high thin high cloud.

Using Astrometrica 10 x 90 sec images were stacked by addition on the comet's motion. Mag R was determined to be 18.25 +/- 0.04. Measuring aperture radius 6".
