About this image

No Photography possible this evening  due to Bonfires and  Fireworks illuminating  a misty sky. However on the 9th October I set out to  try to  obtain a photograph of the Summer Triangle  but  sky conditions early in the evening were poor.  Later  I returned  but the haze persisted  Pegasus  was  riding above the worst of  the murk so as a consolation I  took three shots of the  sky encompassing  Pegasus  and  retired .  Tonight have stacked the  frames and and cropped the image . printed it at A 4 divided the  area within the  square into 12 columns  and counted  the stars  in each. In all 116 Stars  detectable.  With the naked eye only the  main  four  stars of the  square were plainly visible.
