About this image

Visiting son and grandson where they live in Finland.

Pictures do not do it justice. The lights filled half the sky in multi layers.

Red colours clearly seen to the bottom of the green bands.

It was about -11 degrees C at the time and we were alerted by a friend to get outside quickly so had little time to prepare properly.
