About this image
A montage of images from the ISS pass on the evening of the 28th July. The sequence runs from bottom to top, and the changing shape of the solar panels shows the apparent backwards rotation of the ISS as it passes overhead. An enlarged version of the fifth image at the approximate midpoint of the pass is also shown. The Soyuz capsule that brought Expedition 60 members to the station is docked to the aft (lower) end of the main axis, and the SpaceX Dragon of CRS-18 is the bright spot at the junction of the main axis and the "hammerhead" section. Various other modules can be identified.
