About this image

Since recently acquiring an EQM-35 mount I've unsuccessfully had 2 previous attempts to image M31 (missed the target on both occasions).  This attempt also wasn't as successful as I'd hoped. I started imaging just a few minutes after bringing the camera and lens out of the house and as the temperature dropped from 20C to 0C, it appears I lost focus.  This image is first 24 frames of the 40 taken and seems to be best compromise between star diameter and background noise.  Stacked using DSS with minimal processing using IRIS.
