An old favourite: Gyulbudaghian's Variable Nebula. Just one part of the V illuminated. The gap between the star and the nebula is really very clear at the moment.

The small patch of nebulosity above the top of the nebula is a Herbig-Haro object that is alleged to have been caused by the flow poleward from the star/accretion disc.

Well worth monitoring on a 4 weekly cadence to look for changes...
