Another Comet PanSTARRS?

About this image

This faint object is currently on the Possible Comet Confirmation Page (PCCP) as P20V11H. It was picked up by MPC F52 (PanSTARRS) on Nov 29. At around 20.2 it is near the limit of my equipment and skies but it definitely looks fuzzy. It looks to be a short period comet with a q of 3.63 au so nothing exciting.
