This is a nice picture Clive, and thanks for the mentioning of the entropy weighted averaging in DSS. I changed from DSS to AstroArt6 a while ago. I've just restacked my last attempt at M42 using DSS with entropy weighted averaging, and it makes difference (though all my frames were the same exposure).
