About this image

A slightly blurry view of the  crescent Moon (showing earthshine) and Venus in a dark evening sky. Venus also lay close to Phi Aquarii which is visible a short distance SW of Venus, Neptune lies a similar distance beyond Phi Aquarii but is not visible in this image. The sky was nicely clear but the wind made photography a little tricky. Sadly the very close conjunction between Venus and Neptune the evening before was clouded out.
