About this image
Hello all, A clear sky was dominated by a near full moon last night (20200207), but the transparency was good after midnight so I was able to to obtain images of comet C/2020A2 Iwamoto despite the bright sky conditions. The comet is situated close to Vega in the dawn sky and a measurement of its visual equivalent magnitude (using Comphot by Nick James) gives 10.1 with a coma of around 2.8 arc mins.
