After a night where I lost about 5 hours to technical issues (and me being stupid) I finally managed to get some pictures as practice for the images I wanted. I ended up testing the set up on M95 which looked lost (and lonely) in space. The image was taken in a sky that was moonless, but with the transparency starting to go off. Clouds rolled in before the object I wanted was high enough. 

The RASA is a lovely deep wide field system, but when taking pretty pictures its like any system, you have to match it to a suitably sized target - perhaps The Rossette nebula or something....
