34 Hour Old Moon in its Sky

About this image

A view of the very thin  crescent Moon as seen from one of our bedroom windows. The Moon was new at 09.28 yesterday so it is approximately 1pc phase. The top of the chimney of Fawley Power Station is just visible over the house on the right. This has been a local landmark for the last 50 years but is sadly soon due for demolition.
