About this image

The flocculent spiral galaxy M63.  I imaged this on the 23rd and 24th March 2020 with the scope at its native /f10.  26x10-minute light frames were captured with an Oprolong L-Pro (luminance) filter.  A further 9x10-minute light frames were captured with an Optolong L-eNhance filter (narrow band for Ha, Hb and Oiii).  I also had 20x10-minute unfiltered light frames from March 2018 that I threw in for good measure.

I am still experimenting with adding the L-eNhance duo band filtered lights to enhance narrow band data using a colour camera.
