About this image

One example from a series taken in a clear sky during yesterday's warm evening. Venus is at upper left, Mercury is at the 5 o'clock position to the lower right. No image processing applied, just cropped.

It took me a while to spot Mercury in my 10x50 binoculars. As the sky darkened I was able to see both planets with the naked eye. That's a rare sighting for me.
