About this image

Venus was briefly visible with binoculars after sunset on the last day of May - just three days before this very close Inferior Conjunction. This is a bedroom window camera shot of the thin crescent Venus 2 deg above the horizon in a bright twilight sky. It was well below naked eye visibility.
