Title

Comet 2020 F3 NEOWISE on July 20th, thin cloud & light pollution

About this image

A grotty image of F3 taken last night. As for most of the last week the evening sky looked hopeful, but thin cloud in the direction of the comet, illuminated by the orange glow of Bury St Edmunds, messed things up. Just rattled 12 pics off with the 50mm f/1.4 lens on a fixed tripod, before thicker cloud totally engulfed the comet for the next hour, until I gave up.
