About this image

Time stated is UT.

The image is calibrated, but it is not quite right (flats!). It was all done in a bit of a dash, having read Guy's alert and then made use of a brief clear patch of sky.

Hi David,

Haven't seen an alert yet so an RA and Dec would be useful and a scale on your image!

Thanks,

Mike.

Sorry David, I assume it's this ATEL13903.

Mike.

No, you're quite right. I'll replace the image with the annotations this eve. It is easy enough to do nowadays! I also image alt az, so it can cause confusion if people think celestial north is up in my images.

A quick astrometry.net solution

Image centre: RA 00 11 28 DEC +66 10 46. Size: 2.4 x 1.7deg. Orientation: Up is 65.4 deg E of N. Scale: 4.85 arcsec/px
