Chiron - The Centaur

About this image

This is the original Centaur class of asteroid.  At perihelion (24 years ago)  it doubles as a comet if you devote a lot of metre league telescope time to it. As it was, it looked like any anonymous 18.5 magnitude star in Cetus. Was pleased to finally capture it.
