About this image
Abell 39 is a low surface brightness magnitude 15 planetary nebula in the constellation of Hercules
I tried a quick session using an L-Pro to see what might be possible in London Bortle 8 conditions
this is only 92 minutes of integration and is very noisy - it really could benefit from a long session with my L-Enhance
This is a favourite target of mine since I first saw it and my first try at capturing it - a near perfect circular nebula around its central star
