Parts of the Halo were intermittently visible for several hours..

The Black Specks are Red Kites soaring in the Loudwater Valley.

Several days later Newspapers in major Indian Cities featured similar Halos..

Made me think.. 'Perhaps the same Frozen Ice Sheet Cap'?
