About this image

NGC6914 is a small reflection nebula in Cygnus, illuminated by the stars in the Cygnus OB2 association - this is approx 6000 light years distant, and is surrounded by the pervasive H-Alpha emission seen within this part of the milky way. 

Taken from EEYE between March and June 2021.
