About this image

Taking advantage again of skies in France, a bit darker than Sheffield (although that's a low bar..)

IC 1795 is part of the 'Heart nebula' (IC1805) in Cassiopeia. I had taken the entire nebula around same time 2 years ago. But now I am taking some longer focal length shots. The 'fish head' belies its name and is a beautiful fragment with a lot of structure.

Taken over four nights in September (10, 11, 12, 23) with a total of 8.5hrs exposure.
