About this image

Here's my Hallowe'en picture of Venus, just a couple of evenings after Greatest Eastern Elongation, very low in the western sky. It is so low this elongation because it is in Sagittarius, at the southern end of the ecliptic. The arrangement of windows on that house looks a bit spooky.
