About this image

Bright and clearly visible to direct vision. MP (x83) showed what appeared to be two disc-like nebulae with a dark band between them, making 'Little Dumbbell' seem a very appropriate name. HP (x249) and an OIII filter revealed the s. nebula to be more triangular in shape, with the n. one more bent and wispy.
