About this image

This is Callum's object of the month for April; I've just managed to it get done in time. The small globular cluster (2.4' x 2.4') resolves into a cloud of mag 15 and fainter stars. I've deliberately underexposed the image using low gain on the camera and am pleased to have captured something of the range of colours in the cluster. The bright blue star in the top left in mag 11.3.

To the top right of the cluster, we can just make out the mag 17.5 galaxy PGC4313918.
