Nice to see the NLC season getting underway. I picked up a very faint display of NLC a few hours after your observation. It was very low in the NE as seen from Chelmsford.

Good to hear you got a chance to see it too, Nick. I did see some NLC in my NE sky around 01.45 UT. It was a bit higher than the display earlier in the NW but it was very faint to the naked eye with my already bright twilight.
