Title

Mars Moon and Jupiter

About this image

A cropped section of an upstairs bedroom window view of the dawn sky, when theoretically all five naked eye planets should be visible. Unfortunately I only have two, Mars a little above and to the right of the crescent Moon, and Jupiter towards the right of the image. Saturn was too far to the south to be visible from this viewpoint, and Venus was being uncooperative, coming and going in low clouds. And Mercury was altogether too ambitious a target, even lower and nearer the Sun than Venus.
