About this image

285P/LINEAR 2022 Aug 14th. This comet's coma continues to expand after its outburst on Aug 1st. It has now faded to mag 15.7 measured in a 9.1" radius aperture using Astrometrica against Gaia G. My image was taken from my remote observatory in Spain.
