About this image

Fairly difficult but usually visible to direct vision. The galaxy appeared elongated approx E-W. The dimensions of 3.0' x 2.8' quoted in DSFG belie this, but it is noteworthy that the elongation is in the direction of the nucleus of the elliptical NGC 2673 which is superimposed E. This galaxy was not seen, but a stellar knot was suspected approximately where the nucleus of 2673 lies.
