About this image

This is a bicolour image with Ha and OIII narrowband filters. Taken over 2 nights with 4hrs 45min of exposure in total.

I have taken this target before in Sheffield with an 8inch scope, but wanted to see if the dark sky and extra aperture (11 inch) made any difference. I think there is some extra detail but the narrowband trumps any light polution either way.  The focal reducer works to enable this nebula to just fit in the FOV.
