Title

246P/NEAT 246P was predicted its magnitude m1=19.2 by MPC, but I measued its m1=15.0 by UCAC-4. Yoshida-san's homepage suggest its magnitude about 17. I trust Yoshida-san, but a little brightening occurred ? And a faint tail 1' long p.a.245° can be seen. 2022.10.28.63186UT, 10*60s, 40cm RC + F6.0 Reducer, FLI ML8300 2 bin, 80% cropping, taken in Nagano Pref., Japan.
