This type I2p open cluster in Cygnus is located half a degree east-north east of Gamma Cygni, Sadr. It was discovered by William Herschel in Oct 1786.

Distance c.3,710ly. Apparent mag. 7.4.

Bortle 7/8, light cloud, Moon waxing gibbous 93%, 12 days old, humidity 100% + fireworks!
