About this image

This animation is of two images taken on the 11th January and 29th November this year. I think it shows some subtle changes at the base of the conical nebula illuminated by R Mon the bright star at the base of the cone. The bridge of light between star and nebula moves to the left along with some other internal light movement within the base of the cone, which I think is taking place on the far side internal face of the cone.
