About this image

In this pair of images the left hand one has been stacked on comet nucleus, the right hand one on stars.

The cometary stacked image shows more detail and the anti-tail also appears thinner and more pronounced.

The ion tail can still be seen now overlaying the dust tail as we pass through the comet's orbital plane.
