About this image

There was a New moon (Super Blue) to the Southwest, thankfully I was imaging to the East (ish) which helped a bit. Also, the Comet was very low in the sky, between 6deg – 11deg high when I was imaging it.

Processing software:

Stacking in DSS (Stack for Comet & then Stack for Stars) then PixInsight.

 Clear skies all.

Bit confused.

The file name indicates captured in August but the notes suggests May. :)

Nice image though.

Ah, I will edit this - sorry for the confusion - I shouldn't post when I have been up all night imaging :)

It was imaged on the 31st Aug23.
