Title

M42 Trapezium region using Triband and IR Pass filters

About this image

Just an experiment I wanted to try for a while and never got round to it to see what can be picked up using an Infrared pass filter. Chose the region around the Trapezium in M42 (the Orion Nebula) and treated both images to the same exposure/gain settings and time period of just over ten minutes. Images were stacked on the fly using Sharpcap, processed in Photoshop CS2,no darks subtraction.
