This Class I1m (well-detached, uniform, moderately rich) open cluster in Cepheus was discovered by William Herschel in September 1798. 

Apparent mag. 7.8. Distance c.3,860ly. Age c.2.2billion yr.

Bortle 7/8. Moon waxing gibbous, 93%, 12 days. Murky sky!
