About this image

Honestly you wait ages for a clear night sky to photograph some satellite trails and when you get one a deep sky object gets in the way!

(Yes I know there are image processing techniques that can mitigate/remove such trails but I just object to having to have to do that) :-)

Richard are you sure they are satellites? Similar effect may happen if you are photographing during the meridian flip..

Hi Mazin. Yes I'm sure they are satellites. There was no meridian flip during the imaging run.
