About this image

Two observations of comet 12P/Pons-Brooks that I made last night in good seeing conditions and fairly transparent skies. The comet has been in outburst for a few days and is rather bright at around magnitude 7. There was a distinctive greenish hue visible at both x38 and x150 with a hint of a tail present. In drawing 1, the lovely orange double star HD 218741 can be seen at the bottom of the telescopic field of view.
