About this image

Just for fun, continuing to monitor the position of T CrB remotely waiting for the naked-eye outburst...no, nothing yet!

Using the iTel network it is possible to monitor Corona Borealis round the clock.  It is visible from Australia (local time UT+11) in this image at 15:18UT, daytime and cloudy again(!) in the UK.  Other iTel cameras in Chile and Utah/California give images at UT-3 and UT-6.

Fun to see the sky in Oz during the afternoon tea break...

Some stars labelled for orientation. CrB is near the horizon top left. And I think that's Corona Australis bottom left(?). The image has been rotated 180 degrees and shown at 200% to make it easier to see what's visible.
