About this image

The first time we have had a decent clear sky in a while. It was difficult to see the comet with an almost full moon shining in the opposite part of the sky. In this 15s image I have marked the comet with a red line. As well as the head you can almost see the tail. This is better seen in the inset at the bottom right where I have combined 19x15s exposures in DeepSkyStacker. I think you can just make out that there are two parts to the tail (one dust and one ion - perhaps someone can tell me if that is the case here). You will need to download the full file to see it in (slightly!) more detail.

Just as an additional note, in the full image you can see the star 91 Psc to the right of the comet. This star has a magnitude of 5.2 and is similar in brightness to the comet. Duncan.
