About this image

My first experiment with observing an Exoplanet. The analysis of the images was done by my Jordanian friend Dr Anas Sawalha.

Qatar-2 b is a gas giant exoplanet revolving around a K-type star. With a mass equivalent to 2.494 Jupiters, it completes a single orbit around its star in just 1.3 days.
