Two nebulae found in a search for new, extended planetary nebulae (PNe) based on careful, systematic, visual scrutiny of the imaging data from the Isaac Newton Telescope Photometric Hα Survey of the Northern Galactic plane (IPHAS).

IPHASX J192347.8+143642 is a 1.2 arcmin filamentary oval. It is catalogued as circumstellar material.
IPHASX J192349.9+143330 is probably not a planetary nebula. It is an irregular 1.9 arcmin oval nebula with brightening to the left hand side.
