About this image

This is star forming region in Cepheus which is often overlooked (IMHO) as a narrowband target. I used the 'classic' Hubble Palette here (RGB = SHO) as there was significant signal in all bands. The key was using the new NBcolormapper tool in Pixinsight. I had to boost the OIII and SII a bit but the result is not washed out by green Ha. The stars have been muted a little, after decomposition with StarXterminator.

Taken over 5 nights between July 16th and August 3rd. A total of 4hrs 10mins almost equally distributed cross the three filters. All unguided.
