The Simple Beauty - Albireo

About this image
β Cygni is one of the most beautiful and easy-to-observe double stars in the sky. The diffraction spikes of my Newtonian provided this space depth feel as if the blue star lies behind the yellow giant. I kept the exposure quite low @10s only to avoid over-exposure.

What's not to like, eh? Sweet photo. It's one of those things I find myself coming back to if only as a focus check at the start of a deep sky session.
